If by chance any of our products fails due to MANUFACTURING, we will repair or replace the item (at OUR discretion) free of charge. Email an explanation of the issue as well as detailed pictures to [email protected] You will receive a response within one business day. If the claim is deemed a workmanship manufacturing defect, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number with further instructions. Please note that the purchaser is responsible fees associated with for getting the product back to us.
